West View Water Authority would like to help. During this time of uncertainty, we are extending a payment agreement to all West View Water Authority customers who are U.S. federal government employees impacted by the shutdown.
You’ll need to be a U.S. federal government employee with an active West View Water Authority account to qualify for the assistance.
Please call WVWA customer service at 412-931-3500 during normal business hours – Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm and speak with our customer service representatives.

WVWA will create an agreement with the customer that will extend the due date of the bill that will be subject to change (depending on the length of the furlough). The customer’s water service will not be terminated and the customer will not incur any delinquency or termination fees related to the payment agreement amount.
