2021 Customer Survey

West View Water Authority is seeking customer feedback regarding our water services and programs!


During the month of February 2021, random customers will receive a phone call asking them to participate in a survey.


Customers who have not been randomly selected, but would still like to provide their input to the survey, can go online from February 18 – March 1, 2021 and complete a similar survey at WVWAcustomersurvey.com.


Thank you in advance for your participation!  We appreciate your time and feedback.  The information you provide to us will be extremely helpful in improving our services and programs for you, our valued customers.


The online survey is being hosted by an independent, third party research firm, DHM Research. They will also collect and analyze the results. The survey is completely confidential, and no name or identifying information will be associated with any completed surveys or individual response. All analysis and reporting will be conducted in the aggregate.
