West View Water Authority actively participates in the Duquesne Light Demand Response Program!

Duquesne Light has partnered with Enerlogics to help reduce the stress on the electric grid during high demand and grid emergencies.  West View Water Authority is actively participating in this program.  In 2019, the Authority successfully reduced its usage at the Neville Island Plant and the Bellevue Booster Station during critical grid events!  As incentives for the Authority’s successful reduction of consumption, Duquesne Light has issued payments for the amount of demand reduction.

This program is part of Duquense Light’s Demand Response Program.  The program runs from June 1 through September 30.
