West View Water Authority hosted its 7th Annual High School Contest.  The event was open to all high school students within our service area. The students were to produce either a video up to 2 1/2 minutes in length or a photo containing educational and/or informational content related to one of the categories as follows:

• Water
• The Environment
• School Spirit (Something unique about your school or club)

We had an overwhelming response this year!  The submissions were all very professional and informative.  Voting was difficult, but we were finally able to narrow it down to the following three entries.

Description: On a hot June day, I spotted this lucky duck enjoying a cooling swim in a pond at the Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium. This photo demonstrates the many vital uses of water as a source of hydration, temperature regulation, and as a provider of a healthy habitat for all living species.
