West View Water Authority joins the Borough of West View and our entire community in mourning the passing of Kimberly Steele. Kim was a longtime member of the Borough Council, serving as both Vice President and President during her tenure, and she brought that same dedication and leadership to her service with our Authority.

Throughout her many years of public service, Kim approached every responsibility with integrity, thoughtfulness, and an unwavering commitment to the residents of West View. Her steady guidance, attention to detail, and genuine concern for the community made a lasting impact on the Authority’s work and on all who had the privilege of serving alongside her.

Beyond her official roles, Kim was known for her kindness, her willingness to listen, and her deep belief in good governance. She earned the respect and admiration of colleagues, staff, and neighbors, and her contributions will be felt for years to come.

The Board and staff of West View Water Authority extend our deepest condolences to Kim’s family, friends, and all who knew and loved her. We are grateful for her years of faithful service and honor her memory by continuing to uphold the values she exemplified.
